Account information: When you purchase a licence or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Paystack); we do not store full card numbers.
Usage information: We may collect information about how you use the Software, including error reports sent via the in-app feedback widget, for the purpose of improving the platform.
Restaurant data: Data you enter into the Software — menus, orders, customer records, staff details — remains yours. We process it only to provide the service to you.
